Need an extra push for your project? Let an experienced professional help you out.

With Design Days, you can book a full 6-hour or a half 3-hour day of focused work with me on your project. Whether you need help with your website, marketing materials, or any other creative project, I'm here to help you achieve the best results possible. And bonus, focused work is for 3 to 6 hours, but the total hours I work on your projects is about 4.5 to 9 hours!

  • Prior to booking your Design Day, we will arrange a 15-minute strategy call to discuss your goals for the day.

    This conversation will assist me in determining the necessary resources for Design Day and providing you with an estimate of what can be accomplished.

    If I believe that your project requires more than a day's worth of work, I will inform you, and you can decide whether to schedule consecutive Design Days to complete all tasks.

    During this call, we will also schedule your Design Day. Please note dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.

  • We can schedule your Design Day during the strategy call.

    After the call, I will send you a contract outlining the scope of work, and you will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date.

    Once I receive your payment, I will send you an email with a list of everything I need to start working on your projects.

    Please make sure to submit all necessary materials at least three business days before our scheduled Design Day.

  • Your Design Day is here!

    Design Day Hours are 9 am to 4 pm CST, with a 1-hour break for lunch.

    I’ll be in touch throughout the day to get your progress feedback and ensure we’re leading in the right direction with your project’s needs.

    As the day is nearing an end, and your list was just a little too extensive, I will call/email you to see if you want to extend the time for the remaining projects or end it there.

    If you extend the time, I will make the next day available. No further deposit will be required; the additional half/day fee will be added to the final invoice.

    For full days: You get 6 hours of focused design work on this day to knock out as many projects as possible.

    For half days: You get 3 hours of focused design work on this day.

  • With a new day comes a fresh perspective, and I take full advantage of that to ensure your project is flawless.

    After completing your projects the day before, I use this day to meticulously review them for any errors or areas that need improvement. Then, if necessary, I make tweaks to ensure everything is correct.

    By the end of the business day, you'll receive all your projects with a virtual bow. This is the bonus day, where I use bonus hours to ensure your projects are the best.

    You get an additional 3 hours of work for Full Days to perfect the final projects.

    For Half Days, you get an additional 90 minutes to perfect the final projects.

    If additional Design Days were required to complete the projects, this day would fall after your last scheduled Design Day.

  • NOTE: Please note that when booking a Design Day, you reserve a specific amount of time rather than a guaranteed finished result. While I will strive to complete the tasks on your project's to-do list within the designated time, it cannot be guaranteed.

    As an experienced professional, I have a good understanding of how long a project will take, and I am able to accomplish a significant amount of work in a day. However, I cannot provide any guarantees.

    If necessary, additional time can be added to complete your project, either through an extra or half day.

  • Our strategy call will play a big role in deciding what can get accomplished on a Design Day. I can usually give you an idea of what on your to-do list can get completed in one day or if you should go ahead and budget and hire for 2 days.

    If it’s less/more time, I also offer half-day rates that can be used to complete projects.

  • Squarespace, Shopify, and Wix are the website platforms I work on.

  • We can address critical issues with your on-site SEO; however, I can’t guarantee that you’ll experience a shift in how your site ranks after this session.

    SEO rankings change slowly over time, and while the Creative Designer service will help to point you in the right direction, actual results will require ongoing work.

  • I bring a lot of experience and proven methodology to set your site up for the best chance of success.

    But nothing is a given online, and optimizing for conversions is an experimental process that will take longer than this one session. But I will be sure to get you started on the right track.

  • I understand that you may have multiple projects that need to be addressed in a single Design Day. To ensure that we make the most of our time together, we will work together to identify which projects are the highest priority and whether they can realistically be completed in the allotted time.

    It's important to note that the more information and assets you provide for each project, the more efficiently I can complete them. For example, if you want a 1-page marketing document but don't provide any of the content, it will take more time to create the content and design the document, potentially taking up the whole Design Day. However, if you provide all the necessary content, I can focus on designing and completing the document in less time, allowing for more projects to be completed.

  • How much we can get done will largely depend on the types of tasks you have on your wish list.

    However, I’m fast, focused, extremely organized, and pride myself on being very efficient.

    During our strategy call, I can help you prioritize your wish list and give you some idea of what will be realistically achievable during our day together.

  • You’ll get the most from your Design Day if you can be available via direct message on the day to answer questions and provide feedback as I move through your project list.

  • Unfortunately, no. I do require a 50% deposit due to schedule your day. And the final invoice is sent at the end of the Design Day.

    All invoices (deposits and final payments) are given seven (7) days to pay. Final invoices past seven (7) days will incur a 5% late fee.
